In some cases, subscription issues (when your purchase is not showing up, or you're trying to restore legacy access from a previous purchase) may be resolved by manually verifying one’s receipt in-app. This page outlines how to do so.
1) Navigate up to the home page of the app, so the tab bar navigation becomes visible. An example is shown here:
2) Select the Settings tab and then select Troubleshooting.
3) Select Verify Receipt.
By verifying your receipt, it will re-process the transaction you purchased. Thus, allowing you to gain access.
